| 摘 要： | 通过将细长型的SKF钢包炉改造为矮粗型的VD钢包炉,并采用合理搭配优质钢铁料、降低S含量、真空精炼、提高流钢砖质量等手段,使SA675M Gr70锅筒吊杆钢的合格率由20%提高到95%。

| Abstract: | By using measures such as modifying the slim-shaped SKF furnace to the blocky VD furnace,adopting the reasonable arrangement of high quality steel material,decreasing the sulphur content,refining in the vacuum and improving the quality of runner brick etc.,the qualified ratio of SA675M Gr70 steel used for hanger rod of boiler drum has been increased from 20% to 95%. |
