摘    要:等离子喷涂在热喷涂技术领域中占有相当重要的地位,特别是随着现代航空、航天技术的发展,高性能的陶瓷涂层是一种具有较大发展前景的新型高温材料,它既具有无机材料的耐高温、耐磨损、耐化学腐蚀等优良性能,又能保持与原有基材的结构强度,是目前解决高科技中材料热障、不耐磨、易腐蚀的最现实的技术方案之一,日益受到人们的广泛重视,是一项具有广阔应用前景的技术。

Present situation and application of plasma spraying technology

Abstract:Plasma spraying plays a very important role in the field of thermal spraying technology. Especially with the development of modern aviation and space technology, high performance ceramic coating is a kind of new high temperature materials with great prospects, which not only has the high temperature resistance, wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of inorganic material and other excellent properties, but also can keep the original strength of substrate structure. Plasma spraying ceramics is one of the most realistic technical schemes for the solution to high-tech materials thermal barrier and non-wear resistant and easy corrosion, which is increasingly widespread attention by people and is a broad application prospect of the technology.
