TC4合金空心构件等温成形过程的数值模拟

摘    要:利用刚粘塑性有限元法,对TC4合金空心构件等温成形过程进行了数值模拟.获得了不同变形条件对变形区等效应变、等效应力和温升的影响.结果表明:变形温度和上模速度对构件的等效应力、温升和载荷的影响显著;摩擦因子对构件的等效应力、温升和载荷的影响较小.

Abstract:By using the rigid -viscoplastic finite element method,the distribution of equivalent strain, equivalent stress and temperature rise during the isothermal deformation of TC4 hollow component have been studied under different processing conditions. The results show that the deformation temperature and punch velocity have greater effects on the equivalent strain,equivalent stress,temperature rise and load of billet than friction.
