基于知识规则与几何推理的非单调装配序列规划方法

摘    要:针对传统装配序列规划不考虑非单调因素的问题,提出一种基于知识规则与几何推理的非单调装配序列规划方法。首先,对非单调装配过程及其特点进行了分析,并采用包含状态信息的层次关联图及装配知识规则两种方式对非单调装配过程信息进行表达。最后依据所建立的装配信息模型,采用基于知识规则与几何推理相结合的非单调装配序列生成方法,实现非单调装配序列的规划。

Abstract:As the traditional assembly sequence planning does not consider non-monotone issue, a non- monotonic assembly sequence planning method based on knowledge rule and geometric reasoning has been proposed. Firstly, the non-monotonic assembly process and its characteristics have been analyzed. The figure hierarchy correlation which contains the status information and assembly knowledge has been used to express the non-monotone assembly process information. Based on the assembly information model, a non-monotonic assembly sequence planning method based on knowledge rule and geometric reasoning has been presented, which implements the non-monotone assembly sequence planning.
