复杂作业模式下在制品追踪溯源技术研究

摘    要:通过分析复杂作业模式车间生产管理的特点,提出了利用条码技术实现车间在制品信息采集并以条码作为在制品追踪溯源信息的载体,采用树结构思想解决了在制品追踪和追溯过程中出现的盲点,从而使在制品的信息满足下行可跟踪性和上行可追溯性的要求。

Abstract:By analyzing the features of plant production management under complex production patterns,bar code technology has been used to collect the workshop information of WIP which is also as the carrier of WIP tracking and tracing to source information.The tree structure has been applied to solve the blind spot of WIP tracking and tracing to source process,so that the WIP information can satisfy the Downward Traceability and Upward Traceability requirement.
