摘    要:针对锻造压机常规平接式预应力机架的立柱抗水平载荷能力差和端面接触状况不好等缺点,对一种立柱插入式预应力机架结构展开研究;分别利用解析法和有限元法对两种结构进行了分析,研究了在相同条件下平接式和立柱插入式两种机架的应力状态、变形及端面接触和横梁的接触状况;研究结果对锻造压机及同类预应力机架结构的设计具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:Aiming at the faults of poor anti-horizontal loading capacity and end contact situation of vertical column for common flush joint pre-stress frame,a new kind of pre-stress frame with inserting vertical column has been studied.The analysis method and finite element method have been applied separately to analyze the common and new structures.The stress status,deformation,and end & cross beam contact situation of the two structures under the same conditions have been studied.The results provide reference for the design of same or similar pre-stress frame structure.
