不锈钢板材冲压过程截面的数值模拟及实验验证

摘    要:采用有限元软件MARC,基于更新拉格朗日的弹塑性本构方程,对不锈风板材冲压菜过程的应力、应变和厚度分布进行了模拟。模型中板材为变形体,采用四节点壳单元描述;模具为刚性体;接触面间摩擦约束采用库仑摩擦模型。板材厚度的模拟结果与实验进行了比较,证实了模型的可靠性和可行性。

Abstract:A A finite element model has been used to analyze the stress, strain, thickness distribution of the stainless steel forging process via the FE software MARC.The underlying formulation has been based on Lagrange's elasto-plastic material model. The tools have been modeled as rigid surfaces. The blank has been modeled as a deformable body described as a four-node shell element.The interaction of sliding surfaces has been modeled with a Coulomb friction law.The reliability and the feasibility of the model have been proven through comparison of simulative with experimental results in the thickness.
