摘    要:由于锻压机预应力结构机架受力与变形相当复杂,利用常规方法分析与计算机架受力与变形,有很多局限性.结合三维弹性接触有限元法计算结果,提出了一种改进的计算方法,对锻压机预应力机架受力与变形的研究和分析具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:As force-deformation of pre-stressed frame for forging press is rather complex,analysis and calculation on frame force and deformation by using conventional methods has many limitations. An improved calculation method combining with the calculation results of 3 -D contact FEM has been presented,which has reference value in researching and analyzing of frame force and deformation of forging press.
