摘    要:以浸渍法制备了1.0%Pd/Y2O3-ZrO2催化剂,考察了Pd负载过程中La和Ba的添加对Pd/Y-ZrO2催化氧化CH4性能的影响,用BET、XRD、CO脉冲、TEM和H2-TPR等方法对所制备的催化剂进行表征。结果表明,La和Ba的添加降低了Pd/Y2O3-ZrO2催化剂氧化CH4的活性。催化剂中活性金属的分散度及体相PdO的还原性影响催化剂对CH4的氧化活性,La、Ba的添加降低了Pd/Y2O3-ZrO2催化剂中活性金属Pd的分散性,使Pd在高温老化后更容易团聚,同时增强了PdO与载体的相互作用,使PdO不容易被还原。

Abstract:1.0% Pd/Y2O3-ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation method. The effect of La and Ba addition on the catalytic oxidation of methane by Pd/Y2O3-ZrO2 was studied. The properties of catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD, TEM, CO-pulse and TPR techniques. The results showed that the addition of La and Ba reduced the performance of the Pd/Y2O3-ZrO2 catalysts for oxidizing CH4, and that the dispersion of active metals in the catalysts and the reduction of bulk PdO affected the oxidation activity on methane. The addition of La and Ba reduced the dispersion of the active metal Pd in Pd/Y2O3-ZrO2, made Pd easier to agglomerate after high temperature aging, and enhanced the interaction between PdO and supporting, which made PdO not easily to be reduced.
