银镁镍合金的物相及性能分析

摘    要:利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、硬度测定、电导率测定等方法对银镁镍合金的相组成及性能进行了分析.实验结果表明:银镁镍合金内氧化前,其组织结构为镍元素弥散分布于银镁固溶体中;内氧化后为氧化镁弥散析出强化了银基体.显微硬度由内氧化前的44.6HV上升到86.7HV;电导率由内氧化前的43 Ms/m上升到60 Ms/m.

Abstract:The phase composition and properties of Ag-Mg-Ni alloy are detected by XRD,SEM,hardness-testing and contuctance measurement.The results show that nickel particles distribute homogeneously in AgMg solid solution before internal oxidation.After internal oxidation,magnesia particles precipitate and strengthen the Ag matrix dispersedly.The microhardness increases from 44.6 to 86.7 HV and the conductivity rises from 43 Ms/m to 60 Ms/m when internal oxidation is finished.
