摘    要:计算机硬盘生产过程中产生大量的钌废料,是钌重要的二次资源,从这种废料中回收钌是十分必要的.提出了一种由这种钌废料制备试剂级三氯化钌或靶材用钌粉的工艺,回收率分别为95%、94%.

Abstract:Ruthenium scrap from computer disk manufacture process was a kind of significant secondary resources of ruthenium.The recovery of ruthenium from this scrap is very important.A process for preparation of ruthenium trichloride or ruthenium powder for target using the scrap was introduced with the recoveries of 95% and 94% respectively.
