摘    要:采用沉积沉淀法制备了1,2-丙二醇化学合成乳酸的Au/C催化剂,研究了载体中Au的含量、HAuCl4溶液pH值、活化温度、还原方法等因素对其催化活性的影响。结果表明,在一定负载Au质量的范围内,催化活性随Au含量的增加而提高;活化温度、HAuCl4溶液的pH值决定了Au粒子的尺寸、形貌及其在载体上的分布特性;还原方法对催化活性也有较大的影响。在最佳制备条件下,获得了较高催化活性的Au/C催化剂;在低温低压条件下用于乳酸的合成得到了较高的转化率。

Abstract:The effect of various factors,such as the Au loading,the pH of solution,the activation temperature and reduction process,on the activity of Au/C catalyst was studied.The results showed that the activity of Au/C catalyst was improved with increasing the Au loading,the pH of solution and activation temperature decided the size,uniformity of Au particles on the support,and that the reduction process had a large effect on the activity of the catalyst.In addition,in order to decrease the size of Au particles and increase the activity of the catalyst,it is useful to add colloidal gold into the precursor solution.
