超音速气体离心雾化工艺参数对银稀土合金粉末性能的影响

摘    要:采用超音速气体离心雾化敲术,研究了不同工艺条件对银稀土合金粉末性能的影响。结果表明:超音速气体离心雾化有效细化了粉末和显微组织,实现了粉末组织的均匀化;在合适的液流直径下,随着雾化压力、过热温度的增加,银稀土合金粉末粒径更细,但其颗粒形貌变得,更加不规则。

Abstract:The supersonic gas-centrifugal atomization Technology was used to study the influence of distinctive factors on the properties of AgRE alloy powders. The results showed that the size of the AgRE alloy powders and its microstructure can be fined, leading to the structure of the powder to be uniformity. With the increase of atomization pressure and at over heated temperature and suitable liquid flow diameter., finer and irregular shape powders can be obtained by this technology.
