摘    要:采用浸渍法制备了2个系列的Ru/Mn-Ce/TiO2及Ru/TiO2催化剂,并用XRD、TEM、BET等方法对催化剂进行表征。在T=270℃和Po2=1.5MPa条件下,在间歇式反应釜中对丁二酸进行降解实验。结果表明60min内丁二酸降解的总有机碳(TOC)去除率为80%~99.8%;在钌含量相同的情况下,Ru/Mn-Ce/TiO2催化剂的催化活性高于Ru/TiO2催化剂;Ru含量较低的情况下,Mn、Ce对提高催化活性有很大作用,但Ru含量增加时Mn、Ce的作用减弱;氢还原的温度对Ru/TiO2系列催化剂的催化氧化活性有明显影响,500℃还原钌所得催化剂对丁二酸的催化氧化活性优于350℃。

Abstract:Two series of catalysts composed of Ru/Mn-Ce/TiO2 and Ru/TiO2 were prepared by impregnating method and characterized with XRD, TEM and BET. Degradation of succinic acid in aqueous solution was carried out using a slurry autoclave at T=270℃ and Po2=1.5MPa. The results showed that TOC abatements for succinic acid were at the range of 80.0%~99.8% within 60 min. Ru/Mn-Ce/TiO2 catalysts exhibited higher catalytic activity than that of Ru/TiO2 catalysts when loading the same content of Ru, Mn and Ce played a very important role for increasing catalytic activity for lower Ru loading catalysts, however the effectiveness of Mn and Ce became weak when a higher content of Ru was loaded. The catalytic activity of series Ru/TiO2 catalysts was obviously influenced by hydrogen reduction temperature. Catalysts obtained by reduction of Ru at 500℃ were superior to that at 350℃ in succinic acid catalytic oxidation.
