TC4合金表面WC-12Co激光熔覆层耐磨性研究

摘    要:将WC-12Co合金粉末通过等离子喷涂预制在钛合金基体上,然后进行激光熔覆,通过耐磨性试验,分析了不同涂层材料与GCr15对滚后的磨损量。结果表明:WC-12Co等离子喷涂层经激光熔覆后耐磨性至少提高了2倍。

Abstract:WC-12%Co powders were prefabricated on TC4 alloy substrate by plasma spraying, and then laser cladding. The different coatings and the wear extent on GCrl 5 grinding wheel were analyzed by the wear-resistance test. The result shows that the wear-resistance of plasma spraying coating of WC-12Co increases by 3 times after laser cladding.
