稀土铝合金半固态坯料制备的研究

摘    要:研究了稀土对铝合金微观组织的影响以及制备半同态坯料的工艺.实验表明,加入稀土细化了铝合金晶粒组织.采用斜坡液相线法可制备性能优良的半固态坯料,其重熔组织为细小均匀的等轴球状晶,触变性能较好,重熔工艺简单.研究表明,稀土铝硅合金具有优良的半同态性能和较大的应用价值.

Abstract:The influence of RE element on aluminum alloy microstructure was discussed, and the preparation process for semi-solid billet was researched.Experiments show that adding the RE element refines the grain of aluminum alloy.Slope-liquidus method can be used to prepare excellent semi-solid billet, its remelting microstructure is uniform, small equiax crystal, its thixotropy is better and the remelting process is more simple.So Al-Si alloy with RE element has excellent semi-solid performance and great values.
