摘    要:采用NiCrBSi-WC复合合金粉末在40Cr基材表面进行激光熔敷。对比研究了添加稀土CeO2对激光熔敷层的显微组织、相结构、硬度分布及摩擦学性能的影响。结果表明,CeO2可改善激光熔敷层的组织致密性和均匀性,不同载荷下,添加少量CeO2的激光熔敷层的滑动摩擦系数比未加CeO2的平均降低了约14%,耐磨性提高了25%~66%。稀土氧化物添加剂具有减摩抗磨双重作用

Abstract:The laser surface remelting technique was used to produce NiCrBSiWC composite alloy coating on 40Cr steel substrate.The microstructures,microhardness distribution and the tribological behaviors of the laser remelted coating with CeO2 and without CeO2 were respectively investigated by means of SEM,XRD,EDAX and dry wear test.The experimental resultes have shown that microstructure of laser remelted alloy coating is greatly refined and uniformized by addition of CeO2.Under different normal loads,the friction coefficient of laser remelted coating was decreased by 14% and wear resistance was increased by 25% to 66% due to the minor addition of CeO2.The rare earth oxide possesses the dual characteristics of reduced friction and wear resistance.
