Fe含量对燃烧合成TiB2-Al2O3复相陶瓷组织与性能的影响

摘    要:利用燃烧合成及机械加压法制备出TiB2-Al2O3复相陶瓷,研究了金属粘结相Fe对合成产物组织和性能的影响。结果表明,Fe的加入虽没有影响TiB2-Al2O3复相陶瓷的微观形貌,但明显提高了其致密度,当其含量为10%时,合成产物的致密度最高为98.4%;随着Fe含量的增加,TiB2-Al2O3复相陶瓷的硬度稍有下降。

Abstract:TiB2-Al2O3 composite ceramic was produced by combustion synthesis and mechanical pressing. The influences of metal bonding phase Fe on microstructure and properties of products were researched. The results show that the adding of Fe element does not influence the microstructure of TiB2-Al2O3 composite ceramic ,while its relatively density is improved markedly. The maximum relatively density of the produce which contains 10% Fe element is 98.4%. With increase in Fe element, the microhardness of TiB2-Al2O3 composite ceramic has a little decrease.
