摘    要:采用粉末冶金工艺,设计制备了Fe3Al基摩擦材料,并对该材料的物理、力学性能、摩擦磨损性能和抗氧化性能与某铁基摩擦材料进行对照分析测试。借助磨损表面扫描图像和能谱分析。分析了该材料的磨损形式。探讨了其磨损机理。结果表明:该材料有较好的力学性能和摩擦磨损性能,相对于铁基摩擦材料有优良的抗氧化性能。有不同于铁基摩擦材料的摩擦磨损行为。其摩擦机理为:低速轻载条件下以疲劳磨损和磨粒磨损形式为主,高速重载条件下呈现轻微粘着磨损和疲劳磨粒磨损的混合磨损形式。

Preliminary Study for Fe3Al-based Friction Material
Abstract:According to powder metallurgy technology, Fe_3Al-based friction material was prepared. Compared with Fe-based friction material, their mechanical physics properties, friction and abrasion performance as well as oxidation resistance were tested and analyzed. Depending on SEM image and EDX analysis,abrasion form and friction and wear mechanism were studied. It has been proved, compared with Fe-base friction material, that the Fe_3Al-based material performs good mechanical physics properties and friction and abrasion performance,and represents better oxidation resistance ability. Its friction mechanism mainly are fatigue wear and abrasive at low speed and light load ; and that it performs fatigue wear and abrasive wear mixed mild adhesive wear at high speed and heavy load.
