基于CSP工艺Q345B热轧变形模拟的超细晶粒控制

摘    要:采用Gleeble-1500热模拟机,对Q345B进行CSP工艺热变形过程的模拟,比较不同模拟工艺下Q345B的晶粒尺寸。结果表明:合理控制各道次压下量、变形温度及冷却速度,使材料通过累积应变发生两次动态再结晶,可以得到细晶粒组织,晶粒直径在5μm左右。

Abstract:Multi-pass rolling simulation tests of Q345B were processed by Gleeble-1500 thermal simuhtor. The effects of different deformation parameters on Q345B grain size were compared. The results show that the ultra-fine grain mierostructure of Q345B can be got when two times reerystallisation occurs by strain accumulation under the condition of controlling pass reduction, deformation temperature and cooling speed. The minimum grain size is about 5 μm.
