摘    要:通过拉伸、弯曲、硬度和冲击试验以及断口扫描、X射线衍射和微观组织观察,研究了HR3C钢焊接接头的力学性能与组织的关系.结果表明,HR3C钢的室温组织是单一的奥氏体基体,基体上分布有Cr23C6、CrFe7C0.45、(Cr,Fe)7C3和CrNbN析出相;接头中焊缝是强度、硬度和韧性最低的部位,其中强度和各部位的硬度与组织中析出相的数量、形态和分布有关;焊缝的结晶形态对焊缝韧性有很大的影响,而大量Cr23C6沿晶分布是导致HAZ韧性降低的主要因素.

Abstract:Based on tensile, bend, hardness and impact test as well as fracture surface SEM, X-ray diffraction and microstructure observation, the relationships between microstructure and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that the base microstructure of HR3C steel is austenite with the precipitates of Cr23C6, CrFe7C0.45,(Cr,Fe)7C3 and CrNbN at room temperature .The weld metal has the lowest strength, hardness and toughness in welding joint.The strength and hardness of welding joint zones are related ...
