| 摘 要： | 通过对Ｔ１２Ａ钢冷冲模具经不同热处理工艺试验表明，用中合适的未溶碳化物的存在，可显著地提高其使用寿命、用于冷冲模具上，为传统热处理后的使用寿命２倍以上。

| Abstract: | In this paper,different heat-treaded process experiments through cold-working dies of T12A steel shows that the exist of the rational undissolved carbides may considerably improve its using life.Its using life is two times more than that of the traditionat heat-treaded process if it used in the cold-working dies. |
