高碳钢盘条焊接区热处理工艺的研究

摘    要:高碳钢盘条焊接区质量是影响高应力钢绞线性能充分发挥的关键因素。通过对拉丝过程中焊接区断裂试样的统计分析,结果表明。由于焊后热处理不当引起的断裂占70%。原热处理工艺不能有效地改善焊接区的组织,改进后的工艺不仅能获得均匀细小的焊接区组织,而且能减少二次渗碳体的数量,从而极大地提高了焊接区的性能,大大地降低了断裂次数。

Abstract:The weld quality of upset butt welding of high carbon steel wire is the key to guaranteeing to produce and get the high-quality steel wire. Through carrying on statistical analysis to the fracture of wire drawing caused by welding, it is found that the proportion of steel wires which broken to be from improper heat treatment after welding is about 70%. Heat treatment can not improving the structure of the welding area. Improved heat treatment, not only can get the tiny and even welding area organization, but also reduce the quantity of Fe3Cu, thus improved the mechanical properties of the welding area greatly and reduced the number of times of wire break effectively.
