摘    要:对40Cr进行复合镀膜处理和滑动摩擦试验,观察了处理后的组织,并对其横截面硬度进行了测定。结果表明,经复合镀膜处理后形成了表面硬度高、硬度梯度合理的表面强化层;复合镀膜处理比离子氮化的耐磨性更好。

Abstract:The sliding friction experiment of duplex coating TiN on 40Cr steel was carried out.The microstructure of the sample was observed after duplex coating,and the hardness of cross section was measured.The results show that a strengthening coating is formed on the surface of 40Cr steel after the duplex coating,which has a more proper hardness gradient distribution.Sliding friction experiments show that the wear resistance of duplex-coated TiN 40Cr is better than that of plasma nitrided 40Cr.
