稀土钇改性TiN膜与基体界面的结构特性及微观机理

摘    要:用扫描电镜,俄歇能谱仪及X射线衍射技术等实验手段,研究了Ti(Y)N膜与基体的界面结构特性及微观机理。结果表明:钇元素的加入出现新相YN,同时镀层择优取向发生变化,TiN镀层以(111),(200)为择优取向,Ti(Y)N镀层以(200)为择优取向,且Ti塑性相增加,Ti2N脆性相减少,从而导致Ti(Y)N膜基结合力致TiN提高1倍。

Abstract:The microstructure and mechanism of interface between Ti(Y)N coating and substrate are examined by SEM, XPS and microdiffraction technique. The results show that new phrase YN is produced by adding Y element and alternative optimum orientation of coating is changed. The orientation of TiN coating is (111) and (200) and the orientation of Ti (Y)N coting is (200). In addition, while the quantity of Ti ductiling phase increases, the quantity of Ti2N fragiling phrase decreases, which leads to the fact that bond strength between Ti(Y)N coating and substrate increases by one times.
