| Abstract: | The mathematics and physical model of quenching process for the no-till planter disc opener was established by ANSYS 10.0 analysis soft-ware. The temperature field and stress field of the disc opener at water cooling, oil cooling and air coaling was analyzed. It is defined that the oil is the best quenching medium. |
