| 摘 要： | 试验研究了方管材无模拉伸时壁厚级断面形状变化的影响因素及影响规律。对于方形管材无模拉伸时，壁厚相对与拉伸后方形管材外边长、内边长的相对变化以及（１－Ｒ５）＾１／２成线性关系。

| Abstract: | It is studied by experiment that the influence factors and influence laws on variations of wall thickness and sectional shape during square tube dieless drawing.Results show that for square tube dieless drawing,the variations of wall thickness is in directly proportion to outer-length,inter-length,and( 1-RS) 1/2 . |
