Ca对Mg-3Al合金微观组织和力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过采用合金制备,组织分析,力学性能测试等手段研究了Ca的加入对Mg-3Al合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:Ca的加入改变了组织相的分布和形貌,随着Ca加入量的增加,β-Mg17Al12相逐渐消失,并沿晶界析出了高熔点的Al2Ca相。Ca的加入使得相形貌从细骨骼状逐渐演变为连续网状。Ca的加入能够提高实验合金在高温时的力学性能,但降低了实验合金的室温力学性能。

Abstract:Effect of Ca addition on the morphology modification in Mg-3A1 alloys has been investigated by alloy preparation, microstructure analysis and mechanical property test.The results indicate that appropriate addition of Ca changes the organizational phase of the distribution and morphology.With the increase of Ca content,the β-Mg17All2 phase gradually disappears,the high inching point AI~Ca phase forms at the grain boundaries.The morphology of A12Ca2 phase changes from fine bone-shaped to continuous net- like.The Ca in the alloys can improve the mechanical properties at high temperature,but decreased the mechanical properties of experimental alloys at room temperature.
