水玻璃砂铸造应注意的几个问题

摘    要:简要介绍了水玻璃砂常用硬化方法的种类及特点,详细讨论了消除水玻璃"老化"的措施,防止CO2吹气硬化水玻璃砂型(芯)表面粉化的方法,提高水玻璃砂型(芯)抗吸湿性的途径,水玻璃砂复合工艺的利弊,水玻璃砂工艺生产铸铁件时容易产生粘砂的原因,水玻璃砂成为无废砂排放的环保型型砂的可行性,以及水玻璃砂各种再生方法的特点.
