V-EPC法铸渗表面合金化研究

摘    要:采用V-EPC法对45号钢表面进行了Ni基合金的铸渗处理,探讨了铸渗表面质量及合金层的显微组织特征,结果表明,当铸渗工艺设计合理时,Ni基合金粉能很好地熔于基体材料,合金层与基体材料结合良好,未见宏观及微观裂纹。

Abstract:The microstructures of the surface of ZG45 treated by means of cast onsurface alloying processing with nickel base powder are investigated. The results show that, when the technological cast on surface alloying are designed availably, the nickel base powder can well be solved in the matrix material and the alloying layer would well bonded with the matrix material.
