泡沫铝复合材料负压渗流工艺的研究及缺陷分析

摘    要:在泡沫铝材中复合硬度很高的ZrO2陶瓷球可以起到增强泡沫铝的作用。本文在负压渗流成型试验中采用盐粒与陶瓷球复合预制体成功制备了ZrO2陶瓷球增强泡沫铝复合材料试样。通过正交实验分析了填料预热温度A、浇注温度B、渗流负压C及预制体中陶瓷球含量D对渗流过程的影响,获得各因素对指标(渗流深度)影响的主次关系为A〉C〉B〉D。在实验室条件下,分析总结了各工艺参数对渗流过程的影响规律和选取原则,并对渗流泡沫复合试样的常见缺陷及产生原因进行了探讨。试验结果为泡沫复合材料的性能研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:The aluminium foam can be reinforced by compositing high hardness ZrO2 ceramic spheres.The paper parpared the composite aluminium foam by using the precuisor composed of the salt particals and ceramic spheres on the sution infiltration test.By orthogonal test,the paper analysed the influencing parameters on infiltration height including the preheating temperature(A),pouring temperature(B),seepage force(C),percentage composition of precuisor(D)and generalized that the degree of influence was ACBD.Under the condition of expermemt lab,the influnce regularity of parameters on infiltraion heght and the selextivity scale were achieved,otherwise the paper discussed common defect and cause of prepartive sample.The research findings should establish a basement on the performance study of composite aluminium.
