摘    要:研究了温度、流速、CO2分压以及pH值对X65管线钢腐蚀速率和腐蚀产物膜的影响规律。结果表明,温度升高以后,腐蚀产物膜的致密度明显增大,对基体的保护作用增强,降低腐蚀速率。在中低温区形成的腐蚀产物膜容易被流体破坏,导致了高的腐蚀速率。CO2分压对腐蚀产物膜的致密度没有明显的影响,分压增加10倍,腐蚀速率增加3~4倍。溶液中NaHCO3的含量增加以后pH值增加,腐蚀速率会明显下降。

Abstract:The influences of temperature, CO_2 partial pressure, flow rate and pH value on uniform corrosion rate of X65 pipeline steel were studied. The compactness and protective ability of the corrosion product films increased and corrosion rate decreased with temperature rising. At low and moderate temperatures,corrosion product films might be destroyed by liquid flow, inducing high corrosion rate. CO_2 partial pressure had little effect on the compactness of corrosion product films. Increase of the concentration of NaHCO_3 in corrosive medium resulted in a remarkable decrease of the corrosion rate.
