中原油田三相分离器损坏因素研究

摘    要:对中原油田三相分离器的损坏状况与损坏因素进行了调查研究。64.1%的三相分离器因内构件支撑腐蚀、波纹板填料堵塞、器壁穿孔而报废或改造。结构设计与运行条件的不适应以及部分结构设计的不合理,是造成三相分离器损坏的重要因素。焊接材料与母材的不匹配、焊接时非金属夹杂物MnS的析出以及焊缝的凸起与凹陷,是焊缝腐蚀形成的主要因素。湍流与空泡腐蚀,加剧了焊缝腐蚀的发展。

Abstract:The damage condition and damage factors of threephase separator for oil, gas and water in Zhongyuan oil field were investigated. 64.1% of the threephase separators was scrapped or remaked, because the support of internal parts were corroded, the corrugated plates for packing were stopped up and the container walls were perforated. The important factors that caused threephase separator damage were unadaptation of structure design to appling conditions and unreasonableness of partial structure design. The main factors that caused corrosion of welding seams were unmatchable welding material and parent material, separation of MnS and roughness of welding seams. Rushing waters and cavitation corrosion aggravated the development of welding corrosion.
