压铸镁合金AZ91D环保型阳极氧化电解液配方研究

摘    要:利用正交试验法进行试验,通过计算分析,得到压铸镁合金AZ91D环保型阳极氧化电解液最佳配方,同时发现,当电解液浓度发生变化时,即使电解液组分及其它成膜条件相同,所得膜层厚度与其耐蚀性之间也不存在直接的相关性。这可能是阳性氧化膜的防护性能受包括膜层厚度,孔隙率,元素组成及相组成等在内的多种因素的影响,而这些因素又与电解液浓度密切相关的结果。

Abstract:Using orthogonal layout to arrange experiments, an optimum formula of environmental friendly bath solution for anodization of die cast magnesium alloy AZ91D was obtained after calculating and analyzing. When concentrations of anodizing electrolytes were different, the corrosion resistance of anodizing coatings was not correlated directly with their thicknesses even if ingredients of bath solution and other conditions were controlled strictly to be the same. Probably this results from the fact that corrosion resistance of anodizing coatings is affected simultaneously by numerous factors including thickness, porosity, elemental composition and phase composition and so on, which are related closely to concentrations of anodizing electrolytes.
