| 摘 要： | 用原子吸收光谱分析了失效构件的化学成分，用X射线衍射技术分析了腐蚀产物的相成分，用SEM和金相显微镜分析了失效构件的断口形貌。分析结果表明，不锈钢换热器失效的原因是由氯离子引起的应力腐蚀开裂所致。
