摘    要:介绍了低碳钢在氮气保护下与水蒸气的发黑反应,重点分析了温度对发黑膜层性能的影响.通过对不同温度下样品的初步检测,作出了温度、膜厚及力学性能的关系图,并得到了较适宜的反应温度.利用Debye-Scherer公式,结合XRD电子衍射数据,估算出膜层晶粒尺寸约为27~39 nm.扫描电镜图显示,该膜层结构致密,微孔极少,且表面晶粒大小趋于一致,从直观上验证了XRD的计算结果.

Abstract:The reaction of water vapor and mild steel protected by nitrogen was introduced.Espetially the influence of temperature on the performance of the black film produced was studied.Via the elementary test of the samples treated at different temperatures,the relationship figures of temperature,thickness and mechanical properties of the blackening film was worked out,and the proper reaction temperature was gained.Utilizing the formula of Debye-Scherer,combining with the data of the XRD electron-diffraction,the grain size was estimated to be 27~39 nm.SEM figures revealed that the film was dense structure with less pinhole and uniform grain size,and validated the calculation result of XRD directly.
