土壤聚合物材料粘结强度的试验研究

摘    要:土壤聚合物(土聚物)是一种高性能的新型防腐蚀建筑材料.土聚物砂浆与不同材料基底之间的粘结强度测试表明,土聚物材料的粘结抗拉强度较水泥砂浆高,而且在一般浓度酸性环境中(<0.1 mol/L)土聚物材料粘结强度具有较高的保持率,但不适用于高浓度酸溶液,尤其是浓盐酸.通过红外光谱,分析了土聚物遭到侵蚀结构破坏的原因,得出土聚物很适合用于存储碱性溶液的结论.

Abstract:Geopolymer is a new anti-corrosive material with high performance.The adhesion strength was tested in different acidic or alkaline solutions at given ages.The damage reason of geopolymeric structure was analyzed by IR.The results showed that the geopolymer had better adhesion strength than cement mortar,and could keep good adhesion perfor mance in common concentration acid solution(<0.1 mol/L),but could not be suitable for high concentration acid solution,especialy thick HCl solution.The geopolymer was sugg...
