有机胺对铝合金在3.5%氯化钠溶液中的缓蚀作用

摘    要:应用电化学极化曲线方法和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了有机胺类缓蚀剂对硬铝合金(LY12CZ)在3.5%NaCl溶液中的缓蚀作用。结果表明,添加低浓度的有机胺对铝合金有较好的缓蚀作用,提高了铝合金在NaCl溶液中的抗点蚀能力,而添加高浓度的有机胺则缓蚀作用很小,甚至没有缓蚀作用。有机胺对铝合金的缓蚀作用是基于在铝合金表面吸附作用来实现的。

Abstract:The inhibition effect of organic amines on corrosion of LY12 aluminum alloy in 3.5%NaCl solution was studied with electrochemical method and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). The experimental results showed that the organic amine addition at low concentration had a significant inhibition effect and also increased the pitting corrosion resistance of the alloy in 3.5%NaCl solution. However, at higher concentration organic amines had relative little or no inhibition effect on corrosion of the aluminum alloy. The inhibition effect resulted from the adsorption of the organic amines on the aluminum alloy surface.
