钨对化学镀Ni-W-P镀层耐蚀性能的影响

摘    要:采用电化学阻抗谱和X射线衍射法研究了Ni-W-P镀层中钨的含量对镀层在镀态和700℃热处理后耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,镀态Ni-W-P镀层的耐蚀性能主要取决于镀层的非晶化程度;热处理后由于镀层表面产生钨的氧化膜,耐蚀性能大幅度提高,其耐蚀性能与镀层表面钨氧化膜的致密性有关。

Abstract:The effect of tungsten content on the corrosion resistance of as-plated and 700 C heat-treated Ni-W-P deposits were investigated by electrochemical impendence spectroscopy(EIS).energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that the corrosion resistance of as-plated coatings was determined by the amorphous degree.The corrosion resistance of heat-treated coatings was sharply improved and affected by the compactness of tungsten oxidation formed during the heat-treatment.
