Abstract:Sn-Ni alloy coating was prepared on the surface of Mg alloy by means of electrodeposition.The effects of Sn content on Sn-Ni alloy coating structure,surface morphology,corrosion resistance and hardness were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence(XRF),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),polarization curves,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and hardness testing.The results showed that the coating with 62.5% Sn had the best surface morphology,corrosion resistance and hardness.
