摘    要:根据已有的研究结果,总结了表面纳米化对材料电化学腐蚀行为的影响,发现表面纳米化增加了材料表面活性,使活性金属材料溶解速度提高,使钝性金属材料表面更易形成钝化膜;纳米化过程不仅仅促使晶粒细化,往往还引起材料表面其他物理和力学性能的改变,因此,在研究纳米材料腐蚀行为时,应全方位考虑。

Abstract:The effects of surface nanocyrstallization on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of metals have been summarized based on the recent study results. It has been realized that surface activity of metals has been enhanced after surface nanocrystallization. The corrosion rates of metals that dissolve without any oxide film forming increase obviously. On the other hands, it becomes very easy for the passive filme to form on the passive metals. During surface nanocrystallization process, the grain size has been minimized and other physical and mechanical properties of the metal surface that would affect the corrosion behavior have been changed too. Therefore, this kind of research should be carried out carefully.
