摘    要:应用化学热力学理论对清除铜垢机理进行了论证:铜能被强氧化剂Na2S2O3氧化成铜离子,铜离子又与NH3生成稳定的Cu(NHs)3]4^2 络离子;缓蚀剂(NaNO2)的存在可以使炮管材料不发生腐蚀。同时进行了实验验证。

Abstract:With the theory of chemical thermodynamics, the mechanism of eliminating residual copper scale is proved as follows. Cu is oxidized to Cu~(2+) by a strong oxidant (Na_2S_2O_3), and then Cu~(2+) reacts with NH_3 to form a stable complex Cu( NH_3 )_ 4]~( 2+). The existence of corrosion inhibitor (NaNO_2) prevents the material of gun bore from corrosion. The feasibity of eliminating residual copper has been proved with a lot of chemical tests.
