TC21钛合金β锻造大块α相研究

摘    要:采用光学显微镜,电子探针能谱仪以及显微硬度测定等方法研究了TC21钛合金β锻造大块α相的组织特征,形成机理以及锻造加热温度和保温时间对它的影响。结果表明,合金中大块α相不仅在形态上与正常α条不同,而且在成分上也有一定的差异。组织中的大块α相数量和形成位置与加热温度和保温时间有关,随着加热温度的升高,晶界附近的大块α相数量减少,原始β晶粒内的大块α相数量增多;随着保温时间的延长,晶界上的大块α相数量增多,晶内的大块α相数量变化不大。

Abstract:The microstructural characteristics and formation mechanisum of blocky alpha phase in beta-forged TC21 alloy were investigated by means of optical microscope,SEM,EDS and micro-hardness test.The effects of heating temperature and holding time for forging on blocky alpha phase were also discussed.The results show that blocky alpha is different from normal alpha in morphology and chemical composition.The amount and location of blocky alpha phase in beta processed TC21 alloy depends on the heating temperature a...
