摘    要:研究了氧化镁煅烧温度对磷酸镁生物骨胶固化过程的影响规律,采用比表面积—孔隙率分析仪、扫描电镜表征煅烧前后氧化镁颗粒的比表面积、孔隙率及微观结构,采用维卡仪及红外测温仪测量磷酸镁生物骨胶固化时间和温度变化情况。结果表明,随着煅烧温度的增加,氧化镁的颗粒尺寸逐渐增加、比表面积和孔体积减小、化学活性降低,致使生物骨胶固化时间延长;煅烧温度的升高,磷酸镁生物骨胶固化过程中温度最高值出现时间延长,且其数值逐渐降低。

Abstract:Effect of magnesium oxide calcining temperatures on setting process of magnesium phosphate bone adhesive was studied.The specific surface area,pore volume and microstructure of magnesium oxide were determined by surface area analyzer and scanning electron microscope.The setting time and temperature variation were characterized using automatic Vicat apparatus and infrared radiation thermometer.The results indicate that the specific surface area,total pore volume and bioactivity of magnesium oxide decrease with the increasing of calcining temperature,thus resulting in the increase of setting time.Besides,the time corresponding to the maximum temperature during the setting increases and the maximum temperature decreases with the increasing of magnesium oxide calcining temperature.
