ZL104合金氩弧熔敷原位合成TiCp/Al基复合涂层组织及耐磨性

摘    要:以Al粉、Ti粉和C粉为原料,利用氩弧熔敷技术,在ZL104合金表面原位合成了TiC增强Al基复合材料层,借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪对复合涂层的组织进行了分析;利用显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机对复合涂层性能进行了测试。结果表明,氩弧熔敷过程中可以充分反应合成TiC颗粒;TiC颗粒呈球状分布,颗粒尺寸约为1.5μm,均弥散分布于熔敷层中。熔敷层与基体呈冶金结合,无裂纹、气孔等缺陷;复合涂层的显微硬度可达660 HV0.2,涂层耐磨性较基体提高近7倍。

Abstract:Al-based composite coating reinforced by TiC particles was prepared on surface of ZL104 alloy by means of argon arc cladding technique with the pre-alloyed powder of Al,Ti and C.Microstructure of the coating was investigated by scanning electron microscopy and,X-ray diffraction.Microhardness and wear resistance of the composite coating at room temperature were examined by means of microhardness test and wear test,respectively.The results show that as the content of(Ti+C) above 30% in the powder,fine TiC par...
