摘    要:模具钢原材料冶金缺陷是先天性不足,是导致模具寿命短和早期失效致命伤,线切割裂纹是后天性不足,容易造成废品,增加生产成本,必须采取有效措施,消除原材料冶金缺陷和线切割裂纹,大幅度提高模具质量和使用寿命,降低生产成本,增加市场竞争力,有显著技术经济效益。

Abstract:Metallurgy defects of original material steel used by die is natural defects, which leads to short life cycle of die and invalidation in the early stage. WEDM crackle is posterity defects, which causes the presence of waster and extra manufacture costs, so effective methods must be used to eliminated material metallurgy defects and WEDM crackle, then, die quality and life cycle can be improved largely, manufacture costs can be lowered, and competency can be increased, these changes bring good economic benefits.
