| 摘 要： | 通过对绝缘外壳零件现场生产工序简单分析,着重介绍了弯曲模的结构和动作原理,并对模具部分零件设计作了说明,最终完成了弯曲模具结构设计.实践证明此模具结构合理,操作方便,产品成形精度好.

| Abstract: | Through the simple analysis of the field producing procedure for insulation shell part, the structure and working principle of the die were introduced. Design of die parts was also explained. The structure design of bending die was finished. Practice proved that the structure was reasonable, operation was convenience and product quality was good. |
