基于CAD/CAE技术的塑料盖注射模设计

摘    要:运用MoldFlow软件,对塑料盖的注塑成型过程进行了模拟分析,确定了模具的浇注系统。在此基础上,运用Pr0/E软件完成了模具的三维分模,并将设计好的成型零件导入模架设计专家系统EMX,进行塑料盖三板式注塑模具设计。基于CAD/CAE技术的注塑模具设计方法,在一定程度上提高了模具设计效率,降低了模具制造成本并缩短了生产周期。

Design of Injection Mold for Plastic Cover Based on CAD/CAE Technology
Abstract:With the application of MoldFlow software, injection molding process of plastic cover was simulated and analyzed, and the gating system was designed. On this basis, with the application of Pro/E software, the three-dimensional parting was completed, the shaped parts were exported into the expert moldbase extension(EMX), and the 3-plate injection mold of plastic cover was designed. Based on CAD/CAE technology, the design method of injection mold improved the efficiency of mold design in a certain extent, reduced the mold manufacture cost and shortened the production cycle.
