| 摘 要： | 对动触片开关结构工艺性进行了探究,形成了3种工艺方案,对采用复合模进行冲压进行了合理性分析和工艺计算。同时介绍了动触片开关冲压模主要零件设计、工作过程和模具装配。为我市相关职业院校开展模具制造技术专业冲压模教学提供一种借鉴思路。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the technology of the moving contact switch structure was explored,and three kinds of process schemes were formed.The rationality analysis and process caleulation of the compound die stamping were carried out.At the same time,the main parts design,working process and die assembly of the moving contact switch stamping die are introduced.I|provides a kind of reference for the stamping die teaching of die manufacturing technology specialty in.related vocational colleges in our city. |
