变频式洗衣机控制面板注射模设计

以某款变频式洗衣机的控制面板为例,设计了一副1模1腔潜伏式进胶的点浇口模具。其设计难点为:面板内侧面倒扣、深柱位较多且均为安装结构,另有3处矩形区域要求镜面剖光;面板外观面要求高(后序表面贴膜),不允许有浇痕、凹陷、气纹等缺陷。经实际生产验证,该模具运行稳定,塑件质量满足客户要求,可为类似结构的塑件模具设计提供参考。

Design of Injection Mold for Control Panel of Variable Frequency Washing Machine

In this paper,taking the control panel of a variable frequency washing machine as an example,a set of fine nozle mold with one mold and one cavity is designed.The design difculies are as follows:there are many inverted buckles and deep columns on the inner side of the panel,and they are all installation structures,and three rectangular areas require mirror surface sectioning;the exterior surface of the panel requires high requirements(post sequence surface film),and defects such as pouring marks,depressions,and gas marks are not allowed.Through the actual production verification,the mold runs stably,and the product quality meets the customer's requirements,which can provide a reference for the mold design of similar structure plastic parts.
